HE’S BEING MEAN TO MY CHILD!!!

Today I am not writing a post about my boys. In my other blogs I have some times talked about my gaming group tht gets together just about every week. We most of us have children and right now if everyone is there, we have six kids running around (Soon to be seven). So things can get a bit crazy as... Sign in to see full entry.

HE CAME OVER AND GAVE ME A HUG

Last night I come out to the living room and sit down for a moment before going off to bed. Our two year old comes rushing over to me as happy as could be, saying ‘daddy, daddy,’ and starts hugging my leg. I put my arm around him in return. A moment later I pull my arm away and notice I now have... Sign in to see full entry.

TRYING TO GET THE BOY TO TALK TO US

Our five year old is not good at talking. He speaks a lot and will tell you all kinds of things, but if you ask him about his day or what is bothering him, he goes quit and then tries to change the subject. He just seems to have a big problem with opening up to people. This is causing my wife and I... Sign in to see full entry.

JUST ME AND THE BOYS WORKING IN THE YARD

Yesterday I kept both boys with me all day long. It was great. One thing we did was we went and picked out some flowers and worked together to plant them in our front yard. I have to tell you it is something to work with a five year old and a two year old on these kind of projects. We got the... Sign in to see full entry.

MY SON'S GRADUATION CEREMONY WAS FUN

This afternoon my oldest son had his graduation ceremony. He now is officially a graduated from pre-school. Of course he does not start kindergarten until after the summer, but they still did a graduation thing for him today. It was fun. They followed it all up with an Ice Cream Social. He is... IT LOOKS LIKE HIS NOT GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY

My wife took our two year old in for an examination and they really could not find anything seriously wrong there. It looks like it just might have been a one time thing and has either healed already or should heal on its own. It might not have even been a hernia. Basically they found nothing wrong... OKAY, SO HE WAS BOTHERED BY PARTS OF EPISODE 3

I was not surprised to learn this, but our five year old did find parts of Episode 3 upsetting and confusing. For some reason he does not tell me or his mother stuff like this, but is more than willing to talk about it openly with his grandparents. I think part of that is he likes to be in control... SHOULD YOU LET YOUR KIDS GO SEE EPISODE 3?

We took our five year to see it without question. I have talked to him some since then to try and see if anything in the movie bothered him. I was a little surprised that he is claiming that nothing bothered him at all. Part of this seems to be from him being half a sleep for the second half of the... Sign in to see full entry.

OUR TWO YEAR OLD MAY NEED SURGERY

We just got back form the doctors. Our two year old woke up form nap screaming that his pee-pee hurt. My wife looked at ti and noticed it was swollen. Of course she called the doctors and they said to bring him in. I met her there. They tested his urine and found no infection. After looking at it... Sign in to see full entry.

HELPING ME COOK

Our five year old is at a great age to start helping out around the house. Of course the best way to work on this is to find fun things for him to help with. So last night I planned dinner out in a way that would make sure he could hemp me with it. We had pizza. He helped my roll out the dough and... Sign in to see full entry.
