More Advice on Longevity
Apparently drinking lots of water is also a key to longevity. We are, after all, largely made of water; water aids in digestion; water helps keep us "regular" and virtually all our internal and external bio-systems & subsystems use water for one thing or another. Sign in to see full entry.
Sleep on for longevity?
I have read conflicting news about sleep as it relates to longevity. Some write that at least 8 hours per night is needed for a long, healthy life, and other writings state that if you get 5 to 7 hours a night you will optimize health and longevity. Which is it?
