What does a congregation seek?

What kind of "atmosphere" does a chuch seek? The building, the dress of those attending, and the demeanor of the pastor all add to that "atmosphere." Pastor Pedigrees

Is it important for a church to hire a college-educated pastor? What if God calls someone who has little schooling, will the lack of education keep him from being hired by a church? Are there any churches that use pastors without college educations? Sign in to see full entry.

Much more important than a church building is the person who assumes leadership of the congregation.
