Living Optimistically Vivaciously Enthusiastically and then while we keep our feet on the ground we are open to possibilities of advancing ourselves on a number of levels. Spiritually, intellectually and physically as we maintain good health through eating fresh and nuitritious foods, a regular routine (that is a hard one as I am an absent minded person who tends to go off on tangents all the time) and exercise.
