Last week I was surprised to receive in my bank account a total sum of $2,141.10 from the NSW Department of School Education. I didn't find out until Friday as I was racking my brains as to how to pay my son's school fees and the rent on the 7th of June for a month. Now we are both living alone until we get a new boarder I had to find $1,733.00 til July when it goes up to $1,867.00 a month. Landlords in Melbourne do have to make a living like anyone else.
