I want to write and write something worthwhile. What do I mean by worthwhile? Something that has relevance to this generation and future generations. It should also make money - enough to pay my son's private school fees in full and I don't need any discounts for single motherhood. Something that allows me to buy a large house of five bedrooms and a granny flat in Caulfield North Melbourne near a good shule.
Why do I want five bedrooms? So I have one bedroom for me and one for my son. Then I will have a guest bedroom and two spares for people to stay and hang out with. By hang out - I mean share meals with to be around and do a bit of house work (which I hate, by the way) in return for free rent.
The granny flat is to rent out and preferably to a man who is reliable and can be called on for protection in the event of prowlers. I don't want a swimming pool, but a good back yard with a tennis court and a basket ball area could be a plus. It would have high trees around the perimeter of the fence and a fish pond in the centre of the back yard. The hen would like that I love fish ponds and great big gold fish swimming around that you could feed. A chook pen in the corner for red hen and a kennel in the font yard for our Husky X Bobi. We would need to have a fence dividing the yard because the hen and the husky do not mix.
