Marinade for Chicken

Chicken Marinade: Teriyaki..combine 1/4 c oil, 2 Tbls rice vinegar or pineapple juice, 2 Tbls soy sauce. 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot or ground ginger. Marinade for a minium of 2 hrs or overnight in the refrigerator. Sign in to see full entry.
