What Winter?

What an unusual winter 2012 had. The Baltimore Metropolitan Area only received 1.8 inches of snow. The last time we received less than two inches of snow was back in Winter 1973 when 1.2 inches fell. What started off as occasional episodes of blurry vision in my left eye the prior June gave way to permanent blurry and double vision out of the eye the following November. Blizzards

Major changes can occur so close to one another. Dad became the landlord at Location A in October 2009. I knew that life would be easier with the labor intensive Location A as a rental.
