New Trend?

Two gas stations near my residence this month made the decision to charge four cents extra per gallon on credit/debit card purchases, bringing the total in the area to four gas stations. In the Midst of a Drought

The Baltimore Metropolitan is in the midst of a drought with the amount of rainfall being 4.5 inches less than its average for this time of the year.
