Forced Obsoletion

I found out last year on a messageboard - at some point, the auto cashiers at Location B would no longer be supported from new machines to parts to technical support. A date was not given. Brad Has Returned

Brad returned to the car washes a few weeks ago. He still needs both a kidney and a pancreas transplant, and the road ahead for him is not an easy one. Prices Up

We are in the process of raising the prices at the car washes. Vacuums were first - they went up 50 cents. Yesterday, all of the self-service bays were raised 50 cents themselves. This weekend, the automatic touch-free prices will go up one dollar. I am not sure when we will raise the regular wash... Sign in to see full entry.

The School Swoon

School started last week. As expected, business slowed down. The first couple weeks of school are often slow at the car wash, weather be darned. People are adjusting to their schoolyear schedules. When Touching Did Not Work

I touched the screen. Nothing happened. The screen in question was Location A's cash register. Without it, there was no way to process transactions through the register.
