The past haunts you, well not for me. I had a great time in high school up until the end but it was fun. I just made a interesting discovery. I was going through some old things from high school and uncovered my old notebooks I wrote in during that time of my writing stage I'll call it. It's horrible but I have a lot of good story starters that I would jot down. I remember getting brainstorms in the middle of class and would ignore everyone and everything until I finished writing it. My mother's weekend was spent outside with everyone else's kids. I went out Friday night after supper to play some soccer with my kids but ended up losing the ball to six others and found myself and my kids on the sidelines. I wasn't planning on having a game we were just going to kick the ball around and then these kids came out of their houses and started playing. In our townhouse complex our dryer vents are located above our doors, one for the washroom and one for the dryer. Well every spring the birds come and make nests in them and have their young. It's a problem that is ignored by our landlord (why do they call them that I can think of another name). When we first moved here and started our dryer in the winter we almost had a fire. I'm glad everyone here isn't all professional writers. I'm far from professional but I love to write. I've never been published always rejected but it won't tear me away. Well if you've read my last post I told you about my little parking incident. Well this morning around nine I decided to talk with my new neighbours to see if they knew who's car it is. I knocked on the door for about ten minutes and gave up. They were home I know because both their cars were still there. I worked some over time at work today so I got home a little later than usual but it was nice. I felt great the babysitter was not mad probably because I told her I'll pay her extra which she deserves. But when I pulled into our parking lot, there was someone parked in my only parking space. Especially when your getting it cut, I learned the hard way once again.What were we arguing about? Mother in law from hell part two with child number two. SWEET REVENGE Revenge on someone can be fun to watch but at times revenge on someone that is out of your control can be sweet as well! In my last blog I explained my wonderful mother in law, which I hope she will never see. Oh well too late to turn back now. Revenge is all about inflicting pain or punishment to satisfy oneself. I just had a visit today from my mother in law. It was painful I don't know how people deal with annoying people everyday. Everything my son does that I take pride in is shot down with a comment that her son, Duane, has done it and swears he was potty trained at age one. Yeah right, my husband who's pee hits the floor half the time was potty trained by his first birthday. As soon as our first child was born it started. Recently one of my friends got a fine for littering in public. It got me mad that one little gum wrapper flying across the street is classified as littering. There are litterbugs worse than that, just look in the mirror. You shaking your head....Right.... Your're telling me that you recycle, you spend your afternoon sorting the cardboard the paper and rinsing and tearing the labels off the cans.
