No, that is not possible.

50% of the equivalent of a Blogit Basic subscription goes to the writers you read so your payments to other writers (when you read them) comes out of your monthly subscription fee.

While your earnings as a writer come out of other members' subscription fees. You may want to check out the Blogit Help page on this topic as well:

Payment distribution...

is it possible for a writer to owe payment like be in the negative cash status from to reading other persons blogs?

Do i understand this correctly: that half of my subcription goes towards reading other folks blogs?

Its probably coz of the system's problem

Brian, i figured it out. I was doing it wrong. Or, my friends tried accessing my page when the system was undergoing problems

Please note that, as explained on the Blogit Help page on the Referral program, you will be credited with the referral reward only once your referrals fulfill the requirements of the Referral program:
