I just realized why I don't like the new Home Page.

It's about Blogit, not the writers and not the blogs.

The old Home Page was filled with our posts. The new ones were on the bottom and the Featured Blogs were on the top. Now what's on top? An advertisement for Blogit. And a really bad one at that.

And what's on the bottom. White space, plus a half dozen links to posts with almost no info about what you'll be reading if you click on it.

The reason I still hate the new Home Page is that it's all about THEM, not US as it should be. It's all about promoting the site instead of the writing and the writers. That's really why it sucks so much.

Bold Subject Lines

Now I see. Following are a couple postings on this topic. But now I see. It's in the Write Mode that the Subject Lines are grey.

So how did you change it so fast? Now it's correct!

Now my subject lines are printing in bold black. I don't understand how it got changed so fast to print correctly!

New subject lines in Grey occurs in my blogs

The New Subject Lines are now printed in grey.

When I look at older postings, the subject lines are in bold black with the date and time stamps in grey. The older method is better, for now the subject line is camoflaged.

the new format sucks bit time

I want a full refund if you keep this crappy new format.

I liked the Mom and Pop store look. Some corporation must have taken over

Looks like a Microsoft rip off. Less user friendly. Makes me wish I was someplace else.

I like the look, but it's lost that busy, stop at the traffic light-- look at all of the cars and pedestrians on the move in Blogitville feel, we liked watching a busy screen. New posts flashing in time with testimonials popping up off to the left, random lists streaking down from the right. You know what this feels like now? That other bloggers network that I signed up for but never log onto... empty.
