Good morning! Yes, that star system really sucks. I have done over 350 deliveries and only 67 people gave me stars. Thankfully 64 of them were 5 star. I don't know what is about Florida. They don't seem to like to properly light the streets. Apartment complexes are dimly lit and the numbering of buildings and apartments lack which make it a great hunting ground for the miscreants.
