Here is how I make my smoothies. I have a black and decker mini blender. It's designed to make smoothies in an individual serving. I chunk a banana at the bottom then add other fruit. Tonight I started back to doordashing. It's one way to learn my way around the city. This is the largest city in the country from what someone told me. The traffic flows more smoothly. Today was errand day. I had a smoothie and a handful of pistachios for breakfast.
