Yesterday was a blur.Too much on my plate and only so many hours in the day. I forewent PT exercises. I was too hot and the poison ivy is too unbearable. Today is a short short entry. My friend in short term care is now in hospice and has only weeks left. I went to visit him and I think it will be even shorter than weeks. Maybe 10 days tops. I was able to cook last night! I took a pack of Ramen noodles and added chopped broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas and tofu. So yummy. I slept through the night. I woke at 430 and within 30 minutes left for the gym. I now do all the exercises they tell me to do x2 except those with an elastic band. I also added some of my own. I reversed my order of preparing today. I took a shower first and then worked out. Followed by PT. I'm feeling so much better. I'm glad I stuck with it and did my "homework" almost everyday. I spent all day Saturday sorting my tax documents into the correct years. Each year is in its own bag with the year in marker. I was late for grand jury duty. Not that I mind. I do try to be on time and that was the only time I have been late. We did leave by 12:45. We had several cases to hear.
