I reversed my order of preparing today. I took a shower first and then worked out. Followed by PT. I'm feeling so much better. I'm glad I stuck with it and did my "homework" almost everyday. I think it has made a big difference. I intend to buy a house somehow, someway within the next 12 months one... Sign in to see full entry.
