Update

It's been one hectic week at work but for the most part I am loving it. My mom was rushed to the emergency room Sunday night. She had congestive heart failure. She is home now and doing well. Whew! We have 3 events in a row this weekend and then one day off and then back again for another. Next work week there is only 2! Today

It's been a wild ride at work today. My boss is a stickler for details and there is nothing wrong with that. I haven't used excel 2013 yet so I am learning how to update my skills with that. I'm excited about my new job. There are many loose ends and screwed up paperwork and processes that I am digging through and learning. I am also working on schedules....so much to learn! Today

Today

I had a great evening today at the amphitheater! I was offered a job in management. The pay would be more...more hours and at an hourly wage. I am shadowing somebody through Monday and we will revisit it on Tuesday or Monday to see what they think and if I still want to do it. Now how awesome is... Sign in to see full entry.

Today

Today I went into work and found out they are doing their usual. Only following the rules when they want to do so. I had to be the main stand cashier...It sucked and now I guess I will have to go to the union. I took off from that job for at least 3 days and not sure if I won't take off more...I am... Smooth Sailing

Tonight was much easier. I was moved to the outside taking care of 2 small stands. Whatever they needed I took care of righrt away. Tomorrow

Tomorrow I have a job interview as a receptionist. Here's hoping they like me and the company likes me and more importantly that I like them and the pay.
