I didn't get my full workout in today. I'm not worried about it because I work my long day tomorrow. I did get my forty minute walk in and twenty minutes of abs. I didn't get to finish because the dogs wanted to be with me again. Sign in to see full entry.

Today I did my forty-five minute walk in the morning. I came back to sit for a minute before working out. My grandson's dog had other ideas. He came in my room and didn't leave until after several hours. I had already eaten so I needed to wait a bit before exercising. By the time I was ready, He... Sign in to see full entry.

Since we started to wear masks. How many of you have caught yourself smiling at someone when wearing... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: dilatory - tardy. Bilious can also mean nauseated. I only posted one definition. Last night my granddaughter and daughter in law both decided to blare the music and sing along with it. Now any other night I wouldn't mind. They both know that I wake up at 4:30. Just one more example... Sign in to see full entry.

This morning I woke and read for a while then went back to sleep. I later went for a power walk even though clouds blanketed the skies. It wasn't long into the walk that it started to drizzle. By the time I walked home, it was a half hour - better than none. Sign in to see full entry.
