I felt it yesterday when I exercised. I only did the sixty minutes of abs and was exhausted. This morning it looked like rain so I did the sixty minutes of abs and one hour of Zumba. Tomorrow I will go back to exercising. I miss it so much. I used to have a membership at a fitness center for women and would spend hours there working out and taking the classes.
