Yesterday I only did my power walk. I heard that it is better to mix it up so that themuscles are confused and not used to routine. I did my usual 2 hour workout on Tuesday. Then later that night I walked another 30 minutes. Yesterday was my lazy day. Today I did 60 minutes of abs and 50 minute power walk. I shake my head at some of these news stories. Truth is stranger than fiction. A man propped his dead wife up on a sofa on Christmas morning and had the kids open their presents.
