Iran probably is thinking they are a thorn in everybody’s side. The U.S., France, and Great Britain wants the U.N. Security Council to take a look at this whole deal. The House passed the Patriot Act with just 2 votes to spare. It took a 2/3 majority to pass this bill and it did that barely.
