Spammers: Do they really know something?

What I haven't posted here is that I am in the process of refinancing my house. I should close next Friday 11/5. In today's paper the copy editors put the word "temblor" in a photo caption about an earthquake in Nagaoka Japan. It appears that some people are above such base communication aspects like spelling, punctuation, pronunciation, tense, mood.
