10 years is pretty good

Yesterday I was written up for something I did last week. Considering that is the first time in 10 years of working at this company that I have actually had to sign one of those write-up pages, I'd say that's pretty good. DIE-ET - Week 4 and counting

Have you noticed diet is die with a t? I am on week 4 of a 13 week intensive weight loss program through one of the medical clinics here. I have lost 12.2 pounds so far.
