I have decided that I need to pick a theme song for my daily life. Maybe something by Mike Post, like the one he wrote for “The Rockford Files.” Too bad that one was already taken. Most days of my life, an appropriate song would be more like the theme song from “Sanford and Son,” or “Laurel and Hardy,” not exactly the kind of image I had in mind.
