Can I call you Thorney? I am sure that Benny's music could come in handy during a chase scene, with me pursuing one of those good looking English babes! On second thought, it would be necessary to slow down the music, and the sped up movements would be far slower, too. Those English babes are all senior citizens, probably using walkers, by now! Oh well, they'd be easier to catch, anyway.
I realize how hard it is to train a kid to do anything right, but he sure would be motivated!
I also liked Uriah Heep, but a woman acquaintance named one of her kids Uriah, (!) and he turned out to be a real screw-up. With a name like that, and his oily, fawning, two-faced, toady namesake, this really shouldn't be a surprise. Now, whenever I hear the band's name, the formerly happy musical mood, is ruined for me.

Guy: A bit of Benny's music and the same sped-up movements, would certainly allow you to quickly complete those boring tasks in life. Unfortunately the enjoyable jobs also would zip by. How about using Benny's music, only during the boring segments of life, you reckon you can train that kid to make sure he doesn't screw up the tunes? Great post and interesting way to look at yourself. A great album title, by the way, "Look at yourself" by that 1970's rock band, Uriah Heep.

Guy, you might want to get that ominous music from "Jaws" in there
just before you're ready for a meal....and you're right, both those guys you mention are "Steven"..probably the same guy trying to go incognito...

Wouldn’t that be something if we could go about our life with a score of music playing in the background or, as you said, like the background music to a movie changing ever so slightly to fit the mood. Ummm…. Come to think of it, maybe there is music playing and we just need to listen more carefully.
