When one realizes, there are a lot more yesterdays than there are tomorrows
When there are a lot more yesterdays than there are tomorrows, it comes as a shock to realize and accept this, as a fact. People tell us that 45 to 50 years of age is about middle age. We fool ourselves into believing that we will live to be 90 to 100 but deep down we know better. In the early part of humankind’s existence on earth the average lifespan was about 35 years of life, if they were lucky. I am now 62 years old, and counting.
