A Quiet Day

It's been a lazy day. We all went to church this a.m. It was very uplifting. The boys and Susannah went to the skate park for awhile with their friends. Later, Greg went with Clemy. Our other friends dropped 2 of their kids off at the skate park also. So, they all had a happy time in the sun. I stayed home and looked at youtube's. Talked with my daughter in Mexico

We had a nice evening at our friends. Greg and Randy watched the basketball game. I visited with Christy. We were baby-sitting a little dog and brought her along. She was pretty good, but I had to put her on the leash when she saw that they had a hamster. But we're home now and the owners came and got her. I talked to my daughter, who is in Mexico tonight. The schools are closed where she lives. There has only been 1 case of the swine flu (possible case) in Los Mochis, and it is pretty big. We... Sign in to see full entry.

Help with links?

I am writing this to ask for help posting my links. I think I have youtube down, but alas, someone could not view my recent one, even though I could. I think I am doing everything right, but then they do not work. If someone could e-mail me, or post a comment step by step "How to post a link" I would greatly appreciate it. Saturday at last!

I started the day at Starbucks with Greg. My headaches are probably due to lack of caffeine. The smart thing to do is: 1. Quit coffee or 2. Drink it everyday (like I was). I haven't decided yet. I sure enjoyed it this morning though. Greg went to 2 houses to bid jobs. The first one is some outdoor construction. The second was a ladies downstairs bathroom. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
