Some things just go wrong

Today was quite a day. In the morning I heard my 9 year old daughter crying downstairs. I imagined the worse. I ran out my room to where she was. As I was running, my foot caught on the plug to my laptop and jerked it out, the end breaking off inside. I had just recently paid $100 to get some work done on where the end hooks up. It was wore out and needed a new part. So my mind is thinking, another $100? I went downstairs right away to check on Clemy. She was crying and had scraped her back. She... Our VW "Hippie" Bus

I am looking forward to the weekend already. We are having a small family reunion. All my 4 sisters and 1 brother will be there. Also, many nieces and nephews. I am thinking about driving the VW bus out to the ranch and use it for my "space". It is fun to be around everyone, but it can be quite overwhelming. I need to get the bus insured, registered and title changed today so I can drive it. Our Toyota Previa needs some work. (Hopefully all is well and nothing expensive needs done to it.) Then... Tuesday

I just got home from work. Is that all I talk about?? Anyway it went really well. After I had gotten the first room done the doctor and her 2 girls and the manager came and showed a couple of women the facilities. I have no idea why. The doctors' girls are 4 and 6. I gave my feather duster to the 4 year old and asked her if she wanted to help. So, she went around and dusted the furniture. It kept her busy. The usual trivia...

I was so tired last evening that I wasn't able to post anything. Yesterday I worked at a house cleaning job. I only worked 3 hours, but 20 minutes was scrubbing grout on the floor with a scrub brush. I was exhausted! Then I came home and made supper. After that I didn't get to my office cleaning job until almost 9:00. Thankfully the doctor was working late. It took me almost 2 hours to get it done as they added on another room for me to clean. The doctor stayed till I got done, so we walked out... Sign in to see full entry.

Mondays

About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
