Walmart in the morning and my long list...

In the morning I met Greg at the Starbucks at Safeways. He had already gotten up, and was waiting for the hardware store to open to buy paint. We had a nice visit. After that I headed to Wal.mart. Wal.mart is a different place in the morning. Way more peaceful. I was getting same mousse for Susannah, looking at 100 different kinds (it seemed), trying to decide which one to get. Pray for my friends'

At church there were 2 musicians who came and led worship. Their music and singing was great. They are traveling around in a bus or motor home visiting churches and singing. The lady gave me a book she wrote about the Bible and prophecies of Jesus. It looks pretty good. After we got home I was so tired I took a long nap and missed lunch. Updating my blog when I'm gone...

Hello and good morning (or afternoon or evening?) Here it's morning, In China it's in the middle of the night. I got up late. Last night I had the music on my phone going all night long. I think it helped me sleep better. We will be going to church in 1/2 hour. I think Greg is inviting my niece and her boyfriend. Pretty short notice, but maybe they'll come. Do we live on the wrong side of the tracks?

Last night after I had gotten home from my long drive, I told Clemy goodnight and went into my room to change and go to bed. Clemy was in the office doing facebook with the door closed. I went to bed and all the lights were off in the house. We were the only ones home. I was almost asleep when I heard my doorknob. I called out to Clemy,"Just a minute and I'll unlock my door." The Adventures of Mariposa and Company

I got up at 5:00 and at 6:30 Judah, Clemy and I left for Bend, OR, where Judah had a ride to where he was going over to another part of Oregon. He's camping this weekend with some friends and his other brother. So, we got an early start. We got gas at a cheaper gas station 30 miles out of town, when we saw 2 hitchhikers. Judah had tried to hitchhike yesterday, and after 7 hours had only made it 30 miles. That's why I was giving him a ride. The 2 hitchhikers were a guy and girl ages - maybe in... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
