Plans for next week

I didn't write on the novel today. In the a.m. I had other things to do, then in the afternoon I cleaned 2 houses. I am too tired to put out the emotional energy and creativity it takes to write on it. Tomorrow I will write something. TAPS gave me advice not to stop, or I might not get back on it. My husband went to the football game and is filming it with a digital movie camera. I don't know the name for it. Tomorrow we clean 2 places as a family. On Monday I will be getting ready to go. Fictitous names

I don't go to work till 1 pm or so. The boys will be 4 lessons ahead of me in Algebra in an hour. But, when they go to Mexico, they will not be doing it. There math will all be "hands on" then, as they will be helping their dad and others add rooms to an existing structure. First comes my 3rd son's wedding - in 8 days. Then Greg will take our oldest daughter and a team to Mexico. (She will be flying in for the wedding). They will be gone until December 23rd. That is going to be a long time! My... Writing at the Coffee Shop

I was able to sleep in today, as the office was closed. I still went in to clean, but didn't get there till 11 a.m. There were a couple of other office workers there, so I could "legally" clean the 3 offices with patient files. I got some extras done, cleaning behind desks... so it took 2 hours 40 minutes. After I got off work, I went to the coffee shop and ordered a soup that comes with bread. Cats do the funniest things!

I have been procrastinating writing. I have been so busy the last couple of days. Today I have a breather and need to chill out a bit before I can get back to the novel. Reading an entry from another blogger, I was reminded of a "memory" of our cat in Mexico that happened a couple of years ago. In the middle of the night I heard a little knock at our bedroom door. Thinking it was Clemy, I opened it, only to find our cat staring at me. I let him out. Then in about 1/2 an hour, he started meow-ing... Sign in to see full entry.

No time to write today

Today was as busy as I said it would be. It's not over yet, as I have to seal the grout (while everyone is in bed) and let it dry for 2 hours. Then I have to do it again. I didn't even have time to write a list today, but I had written one last night, so I'll check it before I go to bed to see what I have to do tomorrow. I was trying to cook the jalepenos in water so I can make salsa tomorrow. Not a good idea with people in the house. I started coughing and sneezing and had to turn it off. My... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
