NO MORE WORKOUT

The all female gym that I attend is closing next week, I think there were three people that were in partnership, but they started having issues and one of the parties had a heart attack and so they are selling it and if it’s not sold by the 31st the doors will be closed. AT LAST THERAPY

I just had my first therapy today for my sore shoulder, which the two docs thought was a muscle strain. The therapist is really sure it’s a rib joint out of wack and she could feel the tightness and it was so tender when she pushed on it. It hasn’t hurt much today as the weather has been so dry that...
