I am doing some therapy at my desk at work, but now both sides are hurting, maybe that is a good thing

of course she got the other side to hurt now too, and I can feel some of the humidity is back, but I cant stand the desert, so I guess I better heal up soon, thank you I hope its a good day too, after all it is Tuesday, better than Monday

They say dry heat is good for arthritis too...I have been to the desert on many occasions and find heat to be well.........heat! A heating pad does wonders for me on sore muscles and joints...I hope you have a great day without pain lilane~

The weather is consistent.  Thought the weather is hot, it is a dry heat and does not fill the air with humidity.  So you sweat but never feel it.  Currently I have degenerative joint disease.  My right knee and right hip are metal.  My back has steel rods and pedicle screws in it.  I live in north Texas and the humidity plays into my overall pain level from my spare parts.  I am currently facing a shoulder replacement Nov. 1.  Just be glad your joints are still alive.  Breathe in and enjoy life as fully as you can.  Things could be worse.  Look at the positives in your life and build on them to focus and help your self growth and to give to others your gifts. Smile.
