I wouldn't do anything that was considered permanente, like tattoos (except if it was a little one on my shoulder or back). Beauty treatments, I think I'll leave for later if I really need them.... for now, I'm still trying to decide if I should pluck my eyebrows or not. LOL
But I think it depends on how the person feels about themselves. Some people look fine, but they still think they need surgery to look better (or feel better). I've seen people change themselves so much that they ended up worse than they were. (no need to mention Michael Jackson)LOL
