I don’t know if fireworks are illegal in your area but they are where I live. If you want to see fireworks, you are supposed to go to the many shows they have going on all over the county. CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT

In May of 1960 governor Pat Brown, of California, allowed the execution of Caryl Chessman, (pronounce Carol) a convicted rapist.
