a lot of things said here, but a lot of it starts in the home and lets keep mom at home and be with the kids. Families are falling apart and some parents dont care or know where their kids are.

Lust ... I saw this at work and I was livid ... since that moment I have
been trying to calm down enough to post on the subject without the raw emotion it's caused me to feel.. Not there yet, but I would like to suggest that the day men are no longer in control of legislation, is the day women and children will begin to mean more than drugs and cops when it comes to crimes fitting the punishment. This ruling is blatantly ridiculous and archaic, to say the least. Thank you for posting this. Fu*k*ers.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment
Any crime, whether robbery, rape, or murder, there is a reason why these
people do what they do. Locking them up for a certain length of time then
setting them free without council and getting to the root of the cause of the
problem is not helping. That's why jails are so full. They are having to let
criminals back into society for people who have committed lesser crimes than
murder etc. The problems need addressing, not just throwing them in jail and
then paroling them. When they come out they are still in the same shape
they were when they went in. There is one answer for what's going on
in our society today; "Jesus!" And He's been taken out of state, schools,
and anywhere else they can remove Him from. He says without Him we can
do nothing. So, what are we doing? Someone even wants Him taken off
the money now. Then when we have disasters they ask the question,
"Why did God let this happen? Because we have removed Him from every-
thing. He doesn't force Himself on anyone. We have to invite Him in.
My friend, it's only going to get worse until He comes, so everyone might
as well put on their seat belts and get ready for the ride, cause even
the earth is rebeling from the sin of mankind. Great Post! People need
to stop and think. We already only use 1/4 of our brains, so why are we
destroying them with drugs, alcohol, and all kinds of unhealthy foods and
such? It's time to change, beginning with the White House, the Supreme
Court, and right on down the line. Unless we start changing, as scripture
says, "We will Perish!" The world is at the point of no
return. Thanks for sharing. We need to pray!

this is sure to bring debate it's a very thought provoking post.
I never have believed in a life for a life. But I don't believe in Aust. justice either where a crime like this would be about 2 yrs duration.
