no excuses as far as I can see because their parents are all computer
wizards in that age group and they should be monitoring what the kids are up to at home and out there.

Its in the government
We can thank our "Awesome govenment" for dissolving parental rights. Kids are more free to run when and where they want, and parents have less control due to fear of being incarcerated for some kind of abuse. some of these kids are just out of control, and the parent hasnt been able to be a parent to them.

lustor .. I know there is a Billy Carol in Austin who was arrested not
long ago ... I could be wrong, but I believe he is still alive .. rich child molester ... probably won't spend much time at all in jail.

sweetheart, if it's any consolation, it is a global dreaded monstrosity issue on so many children dear...we do also have here and everywhere else. Parents? if they were near any of these kids one of them could have been safe from it. But there are so many circumstances of abductions and forceful tactics going on too dear...i am a mother and i fear this gravely.

Oh I don't know lustorlove ... maybe we don't "value" our children
enough to make the penalties for child trafficking a deterent. After all, the Supreme Court handed down their decision today stating the death penalty for child rapists is cruel and unusual punishment. No death is linked to rape ... souls don't count.
