AM I BEING TOO SENSITIVE?

Here of late my daughter and I have been trying to walk our dogs at least once a day. Therefore that is what we were doing tonight. I have my fingers crossed, if you remember the blog I wrote and complained about the noisy neighbor? Well sometime over the weekend they moved out and it looks like new people are already moving in.
