I was overly optimistic about my mini-relapse being over. It's still with me. At least it's not the really bad depression where I can hardly get out of bed. I've taken a slight turn for the worse healthwise today. Which is odd because it's kinda sorta warm today, 40ish. Probably just a normal flucuation. I'm slowly getting things straightened out. Pretty good session with my shrink today. She reassured me about the wishing I were back to being sicker thing.
