Pretty Good session and not beating myself up.
Pretty good session with my shrink today. She reassured me about the wishing I were back to being sicker thing. She said that when I was really, really sick it meant that I didn't have to go to the grocery store or do the laundry and whatnot. She said it was normal. Strange as it sounds, with no job...
