Got a lot of minutes left on my cell phone and my month ends Thursday so I left good ol Mr Brown about 20 messages. I can't get to his voice mail through his direct number any more so I have to go through the switchboard. That's good because now I can drive the switchboard operators crazy as well.... I just ordered a book and newsletter subscription about natural medicine. $19. It may or may not be worth that but i'm willing to risk it. I want to take as little medication as I possibly can. Felt kind of lousy today, took two naps one in the afternoon, one in the evening. I either can't sleep or sleep too much. Went to the gym but wasn't quite up for bowling.
