Felt a little better today, made it to the bank and the mall. Going to use some of my birthday money to buy a soda stream. It was on sale at Sears. feeling better today. I felt better after lunch, maybe my sugar was low. Made a couple of hundred phone calls to Keith Brown, got pretty chummy with the various receptionists. Great fun. Almost back to health, Been taking the St John's Wort for almost two weeks now. Takes three to five weeks to fully kick in, but I'm starting to feel the effects. Yesterday was my worst day depression wise in a long time. Doing better today maybe by tomorrow I'll be my old self again. Well I done used my credit card to pay the electric bill. I don't think they know what they're doing and I'm not sure I really owed that much but I didn't want to risk getting turned off. Doing better now. Walked to the mall and back today about a 5 mile round trip.
