feeling much better today after taking a pill and sleeping a long time. gotta figure out a way to avoid having days like yesterday though. Feeling pretty durn good today. I think I figured out a way to deal with the waking up in the middle of the night issue. If I go to bed at 12:00 instead of 11:00 I seem to wake up about 5:00am instead of 3:00am. The gym and pool open at 5:30am--so if I wake up at 5:00am I can go exercise then go...
