What I've found is that something periodically goes through a post and changes all the apostrophes (') to this €™

Some how I've gotten the editor to display control characters when I go in to edit one of my posts.  How do I eliminate that?

I need help. Of late whenever I enter a post with a "Youtube" entry Microsoft Internet Explorer shuts down. What could be the problem? I have no problem entering into other posts.

I'm a little confused on how this works. Does the person who creates the topic earn the money from anyone who reads posts within the topic (even posts the topic creator did not write)? Or do the people who write posts within the topic receive the money? And if the entire length of the post appears within the topic, does the reader have to click on the comments section for the writer to earn money?

Could anyone help me please. I have just joined the site, so things are a little bit up in the air as to the use of things.

My Question: 1. On the comments from readers area, there is a "Permalink" button. Not wishing to press untill knowing it's use, can you tell me it's purpose.

                    2. Can I reply to readers following their comments to thank them?

I have had to delete comments left by mistake or have had to ask others to delete one of mine.  Sometimes, I just need to make a small change that completely changes the meaning to what I intended.  It would be so much easier for the person leaving the comment to be able to delete or edit it themselves.

A feature I'd like to see in the future is a facility to see who your readers are. A lot of people who read don't actually leave comments, and sometimes those readers might actually be interesting to read. It's another way to get spotted!

Any maybe another good thing would be a RANDOM button! Most days, I'd like to just randomly jump into a blog, because I can't be bothered to pick a category, and then pick a blog. Sometimes we readers need some help.

Please consider giving us more than just one page for "New Comments" so we can see what's being discussed when we are away from the computer.

What in the world is a Permalink? Tried pressing the button but didn't see much happen.

2006 was very quiet in terms of improvements made to the site. The biggest amount of work was actually done on Gozoof, but Blogit itself has only received small changes, despite many bloggers making suggestions here.

We want Blogit to thrive and go from strength to strength as other sites have done. Surely, adapting and changing is part of future success here.

You haven't given up on us, have you? A better site = more bloggers = more money for you.
