Short Week Ahead

Or, perhaps I should say short work week ahead. My employer is one of the few, if not the only, Fortune 100 companies to include Good Friday in paid holidays. I wish someone could explain to me why women who lead regular lives on the outside of prison walls fall in love with inmates, especially convicted murderers?
