High School Reunions

I was just browsing through FB looking at photos of my 40th high school reunion. It was a small affair Friday evening. I'm Conflicted

Daughter dearest has gone through detox now. I can tell she is back to normal--normal being a relative term. Her color is good, her temperament is even, and she used Friday to take care of important business. She seems determined to get herself out of the financial pit. I don't see any signs of self... No More Empty Nest

I just have a few moments to jot down some thoughts. I'd forgotten how much time and energy is required to care for a child. Update

The worst of the detox is almost over--I think. Darling daughter had a bad Tuesday and was sick yesterday, however, her color was better and she's beginning to look less depressed. Worse than I thought

The situation with my daughter got worse very quickly. Her ex-boyfriend and Ari's baby daddy called me Monday evening to tell me my daughter was suicidal and "talking crazy" and the kids were with her.
