Returning to normal

Well, after a week spent mostly in bed or in the bathroom, I am returning to work this morning. Not all that thrilled about going back but I am rather glad I am well enough to return! Karate on a Saturday Afternoon

The End of a Bad Week

I am not sure what caused my illness this past week, but it was the most horrible week I've had in a long time. I'm still not 100%.
