I was able to go to my friends' kids' Karate competition last week. It was quite fun. I took Karate 3 years when I was in High School, so it brought back memories of all the exercise, team work and discipline involved.

I have to check it out when I get the time. Worst case scenario is the DVD though it strikes me as the sort of film that will be seen on a cable channel.
