Happy Independence Day

I hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July! We are celebrating by going to church in the morning and then babysitting my grandson mid-afternoon to early Monday morning. Update

Oh my goodness, the courtroom was packed this morning. All petty cases like my daughter's and mostly young people with court summons in hand. This was not really an arraignment as was stated on her paperwork. It was really "alternative court". The DA's office had gone through all the cases and came... Sign in to see full entry.

Arraignment

My daughter faces arraignment today in the case of the purloined laundry basket. I will be going along for moral support. She has no attorney because I didn't realize the case was so serious and was being heard in state court, and because she has no money. I believe, however, that the arraignment is... Tuesday and Thursday

For the first time in 10 years my husband and I have an entire month with no dance classes scheduled! I can't believe I will have a month's worth of Tuesday and Thursday evenings free! Playing Hooky from Dance Class

People are funny. As in funny/odd. We received a call yesterday from the husband of one of our student couples from the Intermediate Ballroom Program.
