Today I had a long day.

Things start out okay. I woke up at a little past 8am. My sleep regime change has been going well. I've woken up everyday by 9:45am except for yesterday when I stayed in bed because I was sick. I'm sick again!

Today I woke up with a queasy stomach which was not happy because I had plans. Unfortunately, I had to cancel them to avoid throwing up on people. Not that I've thrown up yet. productive so far

Today I have been very productive in spite of having the Travel channel on all day. It's the second day of sleeping regime change. I woke up an hour before my alarm went off. I posted to Disaboom. Today was a good day. I've decided to try a new sleeping system. I figured maybe it would help me sleep better. As my regular readers know, I don't sleep that well. today...

I had a bad day today i woke up freezing and couldn't warm up. i stayed in bed till 1 just shaking. Jen and i was supposed to go to the movies today. Today was okay.

it's my third day mostly off painkillers. I took some Alieve last night before i went to sleep, but I don't think that counts. They gave me some medicine to slow down my period. If it's not one thing, it's another.

I'm finally over my knee issue but my period is driving me crazy. The doctor actually put me on pills for it today because I was bleeding so much.
